Elizabeth Knapp is an associate attorney at Knapp & Roberts, dedicated to representing individuals and families impacted by medical negligence, wrongful death, and abuse and neglect in nursing homes, care facilities, and group homes. Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Elizabeth has a deep-rooted passion for advocating for those who cannot advocate for themselves—a commitment inspired by her family’s longstanding history of championing the rights of injured individuals and their families. Elizabeth is the daughter of the founding partners of the firm. She grew up hearing her parents discuss cases and being passionate about helping those who suffered a catastrophic injury or surviving family members who lost a loved one.
Elizabeth pursued her undergraduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies in 2018. Elizabeth continued her education at Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, graduating in 2024. During law school, she gained invaluable court room experience through an externship with the City of Saint Louis Public Defenders, further cementing her commitment to advocacy and justice.
Elizabeth is licensed to practice law in both Arizona and Missouri. She joined Knapp & Roberts immediately upon passing the bar exam in September 2024. Known for her exceptional communication skills and compassionate approach, Elizabeth prioritizes building strong, trusting relationships with her clients.
Beyond her legal practice, Elizabeth is actively engaged in the greater Phoenix community. She volunteers weekly with Maricopa County Animal Control, participating in their Tails Around Town program and fostering dogs, and also volunteers with the Casa Grande Animal Shelter. She enthusiastically participates in fundraising for the Autism Zoo Walk, embodying her belief in giving back to her hometown. Elizabeth enjoys hiking, running 5K charity events, yoga, and Pilates.
Elizabeth is an active member of both the local and national chapters of the American Association for Justice (AAJ). If you or a loved one has experienced a life-changing injury or loss, Elizabeth Knapp is committed to providing attentive, compassionate representation and support.
